Email Delivery Issues

March 10, 2021--Monroe School District is currently having issues sending out building and district email communications via our OneView parent portal. It has come to our attention that email messages from last week and this week have not been delivered to all of the intended recipients.
 
We have reported this issue to OneView who is in the process of troubleshooting the problem. When the system is fully operational, we will resend the emails that were not delivered accurately the first time. We are unsure if the messages queued in the system will be sent all at once or staggered when the system error is corrected.
