Student Locker Clean Out

Students,
This for all students grades 7-12. On Friday, May 22nd you will be able to pick up items you left at school, or return items that were loaned to you. You can pick up items left in lockers as well as any medication in the clinic. You also need to return any chromebooks or library books that you still have. Please see the letter below for details along with the pick up schedule. It is by grade level so please make sure you only come on campus during your assigned time.

Dear Parents,

It is time to get all personal items back to our students, and retrieve chromebooks and library books that were loaned in a safe manner. With the challenge of such a large staff and student population, we collaborated with the Butler County Health Department to create the following plan for the junior and senior high school. The health department gave us clear guidelines to make sure we are following the Governor’s orders and maintaining a safe and healthy environment. We ask that you review these procedures thoroughly so we can keep you and our staff safe.

We have set the date of Friday, May 22nd for parents to pick up their student’s belongings, and return any loaned items. The pickup schedule has been separated by grade level. Please contact your child’s principal if you have students who fit in multiple time slots so we can attempt to make accommodations so families don’t have to come back at different times. The volume of items to return and creating a schedule to accommodate families with multiple children was a challenge. We appreciate your understanding.
