Girls on the Run Spring Season

Coming soon to Monroe Elementary – Girls on the Run Spring Season 2020

This non-competitive program inspires girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. We meet twice weekly for healthy snacks, games, life skills lessons, and walking/running for health. At the end of the season, we celebrate by running a 5K in Cincinnati!  For more information about this character-building after school program, AND to register for our MES Spring season when it opens, click here: https://www.gotrcincinnati.org/Our-Programs  Online lottery registration opens on Mon. Jan. 27 and closes on Wed, Feb. 5. Registration is on a LOTTERY system, not first-come, first-served. Families will be notified of their placement on Feb 8.  Sliding scale registration fees range from $10 to $165, with payment plans and scholarships available.

Season begins: Week of Feb. 17.

6th grade team: 15 lottery slots available

 End of Season 5k: Saturday May 9 in downtown Cincinnati (Open to girls, families, and the entire community)
