How to Request a Transcript
Past Graduates
This process is only for past students:
Transcript requests are only available online for graduates 2001-present. If you graduated prior to 2001, please contact Middletown City Schools at (513) 423-0781.
Please email the following required information to Mrs. Wehry at Jwehry@Monroelocalschools.com to process your transcript request:
- Your name.
- Your year of graduation.
- The name of the college and the address where the transcript needs to be sent.
Current Students
If you need a transcript for your college application:
- You must request your transcript order online through SchooLinks, for free.
- Use This Link to request.
- Log in using your username (FirstnameLastname - no spaces) and reset your password by clicking 'forgot password.'
If you need your transcript for personal use or for a scholarship application:
- Email Mrs. Dara Laforest at dlaforest@monroelocalschools.com and it will be sent to you for free.
Education Verification
Mail check or money order ($5) and the signed release (this can be electronic) to 220 Yankee Rd. Monroe, OH 45050. We do not accept faxed or email requests.
*You must include your graduation year in order to process.
