Butler Tech

Butler Tech

Lee Building

Each year, sophomores at Monroe have the opportunity to attend the Career Day Field Trip at a Butler Tech campus of their choice. After the field trip, if a student is interested in attending Butler Tech, he/she will complete an online application (found on the Butler Tech website). In the spring semester, Butler Tech will then interview the student and send the student a letter or email letting the student know if he/she is accepted into the Butler Tech program.

Natural Science Center

The Butler Tech Natural Science Center is located on a former 72-acre fruit farm on Route 63 in Monroe. The farm-like setting, coupled with top-notch facilities, provides you the opportunity to work in a real-world setting with one of our horses in Equine Science, with one of 30 different animals in Veterinary Science, or with industrial equipment and natural resources in Landscape Design and Construction.

School of the Arts

Within Performing Arts, students are asked to pick an area of focus in Dance, Music (Vocal or Instrumental) or Theatre. All programs are focused primarily on college preparation, and the class day is structured very much like a college program. Students are able to take college courses in nearly every subject area, and some college courses are taught on our campus.

Bio Science Center

The Butler Tech Bioscience Center is located in the heart of our region’s rapidly growing biomedical-related industry. We have strong business partnerships to allow our students to learn outside the classroom through real-world experiences.

D. Russel Lee

The D. Russel Lee Building on Butler Tech’s Fairfield Township Campus offers high school students a diverse selection of career programs that range from computer-based technologies, business services, to in-demand skilled trades.
