SWAT Team Exercise Planned for Thursday, Sept. 8, 2022

Monroe Local School District will partner with the Monroe and West Chester police departments to conduct a joint SWAT team exercise at Monroe Elementary School on Thursday, Sept. 8 from 5:00 - 10:00 PM.

You may see a number of emergency vehicles parked in our elementary school bus lot, please know that this is a scheduled exercise. This scenario-based safety training will take place after school hours when no staff or students are present and will not affect access to the rest of the main campus, including the junior and senior high schools.

 

To ensure the safety of both our visitors and our local law enforcement partners, we encourage anyone visiting campus for after-hours activities to follow all marked signage upon entering.
