Parent Survey on Hybrid Model

We are halfway through the first quarter, and Monroe Local School District would like parent/guardian feedback on your experience with the Hybrid model. In October, we will be sending a similar survey to our Virtual Learning Academy parents.

We invite you to take a few minutes to complete this survey to help guide our planning for the second half of the quarter. Your feedback is greatly appreciated to assist us in providing a safe and quality learning environment.

 
If you have dramatically different experiences for each child, please complete a survey for each child; otherwise, one survey per family is acceptable.
