Monroe Local Schools Board of Education names new president, welcomes returning leaders

The Monroe Local Schools Board of Education elected board member Tim Carpenter as the new school board president during the annual organizational meeting held on Monday, Jan. 8, 2024. We wish to thank outgoing president Dave Grant for his leadership and dedication to our students, families and staff over the last four years.
The board also celebrated the beginning of new four-year terms for recently re-elected school board members Dave Grant and Tom Leeds, as well as the renewal of Debbie Hagedorn as vice president.
We are grateful to each of our board members for all that they do to support our community and the hours of time they devote to their duties every week.
The Monroe Local Schools Board of Education is made up of the following members:
