Kindergarten Registration Portal

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION is now available.  Please register your student as soon as possible.  Please remember that a student must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2020, to enroll in kindergarten.

Monroe Local Schools is excited to announce a new parent portal called OneView. OneView offers online access to enrollment and annual forms. Our goal is to eliminate the time parents have to spend filling out forms by hand each school year. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU MUST STOP MIDWAY THROUGH THE PROCESS REMEMBER TO SAVE YOUR INFORMATION. It does not save automatically.

In order to access the forms: 

1. Please visit the OneView portal at: OneView Registration Portal  
2. Select: “Parent / Guardian”
3. Select: Create Account  (if you already have students in the Monroe District and already have an account, please skip this step and just login)
4. Select: Add a Student
5. Select: New to District (Please use this option even if your student was previously a student at Monroe Local Schools but re-enrolling)
6. Select: SAVE & SUBMIT (if you only select “save” it will not be submitted for enrollment)

Documents needed for enrollment:

1) Child’s State Certified Birth Certificate 

-   (To enroll in kindergarten the child must be 5 years old on or before August 1 of the new school year)

2) Immunization Record from the doctor

3) TWO (2) Proofs of Residency (must be in the name of the residential parent or guardian)

-   Lease, Mortgage Statement, Deed, or Tax Bill

    AND

-   Recent Utility Bill

4) Parent/guardian’s ID

5) Custody Papers (if applicable - we must have the entire document)
