EZPay portal to be phased out, replaced with PaySchools
In mid-February, Monroe Local Schools will begin a transition from EZpay to a new school payment provider
for lunch and school fees. The final day to make a payment in the EZPay system will be Wednesday, Feb. 15.
Effective Thursday, Feb. 16, you will no longer have access to EZpay and will instead be directed to
“PaySchools,” the new payment provider via the district website that will be live by Feb. 20.
As the new system comes online, please be aware of the following:
- Any existing account balance/s will automatically carry over to the new system — no action is required
on your part. - Credit card payments will continue to be accepted with service fees absorbed by the district.
- ACH payments will now be available for an additional fee ($1.75 per transaction).
- Similar to EZpay, payments made will not be reflected in your account until the following business day.
Soon, you will receive detailed instructions on how to create a new online account within the new payment
system. In the meantime, please continue using EZpay as normal.
