Transcript Request Process for Monroe

 

PAST GRADUATES:

Transcript requests are available ONLINE ONLY for past graduates (2001 - present).

If you graduated before 2001, you will need to contact the Middletown Board of Education (513-423-0781).  

1. MUST PAY $5 for transcript through EZ-PAY. 

    Use this link to pay: https://www.spsezpay.com/monroe/login.aspx

2. Email Mrs. Miller at pmiller@monroelocalschools.com 

    Mrs. Miller MUST have the following information to process your transcript request:

    1. Your name 

    2. Year of Graduation

    3. Name of College and Address where the transcript needs to be sent.

 

EDUCATION VERIFICATION:

  1. Mail Check or Money Order - $ 5.00 AND signed release (can be electronic) * MUST include Graduation year to process. 
  2.  Mail to: 220 Yankee Rd. Monroe, Ohio 45050

    

 

CURRENT STUDENTS:

You MUST request your transcript online through Naviance for FREE.
